2. Sound meditation.
You will learn:
Basics of Meditation
Eric will guide you on Anapanab-sati meditation (Mindfulness breath Meditation). This meditation trains you to be the
master of your mind and it is a very important aspect of holistic health. Our uncontrolled-mind is the primary cause of negative
situation in our life, therefore knowing your mind and having control over it will change your life for good. You will find
out the difference between meditation and mediation.
Sound Meditation
This meditation trains you to be the master of your mind, with the help of Tibetan Singing Bowls, and the power of sound
vibration.
You will be trained to meditate on the sound, so you are able to recall upon the sound, and make use of the recalled sound,
for your own health and wellness.
You will find out the difference between sound you can hear, and Silent Sound.
In this course we learn you how to use sound for better
meditation.
This course takes 15 hour and cost 18.000 Baht.

3. Sound Therapy:
You'll learn why, what you do in sound massage, works the way it does.
You will learn the philosophy of healing with sound, you learn
to differentiate between alpha, beta, theta and delta wave and
the healing property of each.
You'll learn to select the instruments to heal.
You will learn how to select your instruments, where to buy, and
how to sell.
This course takes about 30 hours, or 6 day of 5 hours.
The price for this course is 40.000 Thai baht.
The three courses are the curriculum to be a sound Therapist.
4. Sound concert.
We teach you how to use Tibetan singing bowl to perform a public
concert.
This course takes 30 hours and cost 40.000 Thai baht.
